Stéphanie has more than 20 years of experience in Strategy, Digital Transformation, and Experience Management. She worked for 15 years in consulting companies, mainly with Accenture, on international programs regarding Organization Transformation, Customer Experience, and Change Management programs. In 2013, she committed herself as Digital Transformation & Customer Experience Director at Ingenico Group to drive company change from product to client focus. In 2018, she co-founded Club CX, the first French association of CX professionals. In 2020, she served as Marketing Director and Comex member at Flowbird Payment. Stéphanie joined Teresa Monroe in 2023 to support customers in defining Customer Experience strategy with a return on investment, based on people engagement and company growth.
Stéphanie excels in cross-functional leadership and is a proficient change and transformation agent. She has a strategic focus on digital transformation and is a recognized subject matter expert in CX and EX. Stéphanie is certified in Design Thinking and Cambridge Sustainability Leadership, and she brings expertise in the tech sector.
