Desirree served as Director of B2B Sales & Account Management for Netcom Online Communications & Excite@Home for 8 years and held various roles within Human Resources at Xerox Corp for 5 years. Additionally, she is the Chair Emeritus and a founding member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), Director at the Customer Institute, and a Leadership Coach.
Desirree excels in CX strategy and program creation, building and managing voice of customer systems, and developing high-performing teams. She is skilled in cross-functional team leadership, change management with a focus on communication, and creating and leading customer empathy and employee listening programs. Desirree also provides leadership coaching and creates sustainable and ROI-based closed-loop feedback programs.
