In 2015, Nathalie founded Teresa Monroe to foster a people-centric culture in organizations. She worked for 15 years as XM Leader at Symantec, driving both customer (B2B and B2C) and partner programs. Symantec has been recognized by Forrester as a CX leader showcasing its multiple initiatives. Nathalie is a seasoned speaker at global CX conferences and founded the Club CX (An association dedicated to CX professionals and fostering networking and best practice sharing) in 2018 . She is certified in NPS Methodology since 2002 and is also a dedicated volunteer activist.
Nathalie excels in cross-functional leadership and is a proficient change and transformation agent. She has a strong focus on process improvement and effective project management. Additionally, she is a recognized subject matter expert in Customer Experience (CX).
