In his role as an apprentice, Louis focused on Customer Experience implementation, collaborating with notable companies such as Crédit Agricole, Orange Business, Petit Forestier Group, SUEZ, and Legrand. This experience equipped him with a solid foundation in CX strategies and their application across various industries.
Louis is certified in CX Qualtrics. He excels in project management, CX strategy, and technical implementation, making him a key contributor to Teresa Monroe’s mission. He is now a fully-fledged member of the team ready to start diving into his CX contribution.
