She co-founded "The Customer Excellence Award" in 2017 to recognize companies that demonstrate best practices in customer experience. Florence has managed an equity fund for 20 years, using the level of satisfaction displayed by clients as a criterion for selecting investments. She also served as the Director of non-financial research for a French asset management company and was recognized as a CX Champ by Forrester in 2019.
Florence is an adept change and transformation agent, excelling in CX expertise and project management. She has a strong focus on process improvement and is fluent in French, English, and German. Her expertise extends to the finance sector, showcasing her comprehensive knowledge and skill set.
